Customers feel reassured that our assessment of their problem will be accurate and unbiased. All of our technicians are professionals in their own right, their primary function is to validate the complaint and recommend the most appropriate solution, resolving the customer's issue onsite. They are credible and trustworthy – all having undergone a CRB check.

Real-time access to all pending referrals and reports is available 24/7 through our website. The FIRA Service Technicians dedicated contact centre is also open 8am to 8pm Monday to Friday.
