FIRA Service Technicians - Contractor Positions available in Cork, Waterford and Kerry
FIRA Service Technicians require individuals with either upholstery or cabinet making experience to undertake complaint resolution visits in the home environment.
For your company to be considered, you will need to have a good all-round knowledge of the furniture industry and a background in modern upholstery techniques and/or furniture restoration.
The nature of the duties will require good personal presentation, honesty, diligence and a total commitment to customer service. In addition, a strong sense of motivation and the ability to work unsupervised are essential qualifications.
There will be a need for a degree of flexible working in order to suit the needs of our customers and the requirement to undertake inspections and repairs in customer's homes on all types of furniture. Hand written independent reports are required for each inspection, so a good command of the English language is mandatory.
